Job Title-AWS DevOps Engineer

Client-Global Consulting Firm

Day Rate-£400-£450 (Inside IR35)

Duration-6 months (extendable)

Location-London (Initially Remote)

Essential skills & experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, CloudFront, S3, Lambdas, Appsync)
  • Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure with CDK
  • Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
  • Experience building pipelines with AzureDevOps (Pipeline chaining, etc)
  • Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
  • Experience with Site Reliability Management - Strategy of metric collection, analysis, dashboards, etc
