Job Title-Delivery Lead/Scrum Master

Client-Global Consulting Firm

Day Rate-£400-£500 (Outside IR35)

Duration-6 months (extendable)

Location-Reading (Initially Remote, Hybrid model post Covid)

Essential skills & Experience:

  • Lead delivery of Data Science CoE 
  • Deliver and Maintain roadmap plan at feature level in collaboration with Product owner 
  • Mobilise and Run governance and quality management 
  • Coach delivery squad on best Agile practices in conjunction with PMO 
  • Ensure transition from discovery to Delivery  
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders 
  • Support leadership at programme level to help define and realise the most value from inflight product deliveries 
  • Manage Squad level risks, issues, dependencies including documentation and escalate where appropriate 
  • Coach Product Owner and Delivery team in becoming high performing delivery team  
  • Manage all scrum ceremonies 
  • Participate in Release Train  
  • Work with PMO to set up Azure Devops for FY22-23 
  • Aid Product owner with maintaining product backlog 
  • Manage all aspects of releases to Prod  
  • Manage the reporting to Practice Lead and PMO
